The
so-called Fujita Tanaka (to note that both are family names in Japan, not used as given or
middle names), author of most of the e-mails, sent this picture from "his"
passport page. To note that the picture is that of a former Japanese Minister of Economy,
Trade and Industry, Mr. Takeo Hiranuma, born in 1939.
As to the name of the Ministry, it should be "of" Foreign Affairs, and not "for" Foreign Affairs.
"Fujita Tanaka" sent this picture of a young handsome man to a woman inventor ... The
same "Tanaka" also sent the picture of the supposed Japanese investor, the
so-called "Shimabashi Ekimae". 
To note that it is very rare to find nowadays in Japan a man with a costume seemingly Chinese and with such long beard.
In any case, as we said elsewhere, these are not names of persons in Japan, and more important the "Nigerian scam" is based on a system where there is no investor at all ! Simply because there is no money to be given, only money to be taken…
